50% refund for participant cancellation offered up to 1 month in advance.
Due to the small group size and the costs involved in delivering a fully supported and well-prepared experience at Hill House, I am unable to offer refunds within one month of the retreat taking place. If you need to cancel within 1 month, you can request a refund - any part-refund will be at the discretion of the organisers, dependent on circumstance.
If the course is cancelled by the organisers for any reason, full refund will be given.
In the case of force majeure affecting the delivery of the programme during the programme itself, the organisers will do their best to refund what they can once they have covered costs, dependent on circumstances.
The organisers reserve the right to ask any participants who demonstrate inappropriate or harmful behaviour at any point before or during the programme to leave the programme. Should such a situation arise, the participant will not be entitled to any refund.
